Under the Town & Country Planning Act (1990), applications for permission to undertake development or carry out a change of use of a building requires a formal planning application to be submitted to the Local Authority. We can determine the nature of the contract, giving preliminary advice, reviewing the program of work and the general procedures to be adopted by both Consultants and Contractors.

We will progress Monitoring, Site Visits, Administration of the Contract and Project Acceptance on behalf of the client involving consultation with the Local Authority with a view to the issue of Final Certification.

We can also arrange for plans to be drawn-up for the Lease and Town & Country Planning permission.
